Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is an American actor, model and singer. Most famous for her part as Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl and as the main singer in the band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music is featured in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. she has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. She took dance classes in the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. Three years ago she commenced her professional acting career with the national Shake and Bake commercial. Momsen's career slowed to stop for more than three years before she was offered an acting role as the lead in Misconceptions, a WB series Misconceptions. At the same time, Momsen was in the 2006 movie Saving Shiloh. Momsen was also considered for auditioning for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, the role was instead awarded the role to Miley Cyrus.
