Alongside Sorority Row she also starred in Into the Blue The Reef, Honey, and Into the Blue The Reef. Audrina is a VH1 reality television show that was a showcase for Patridge's entire family. Patridge, who had relocated to Los Angeles from the UK, was employed as a Quixote Studios' receptionist. Lauren Conrad, her roommate Heidi Montag and best friend Heidi Montag moved in to her apartment building for the MTV series The Hills. Patridge played a character in The Hills as Conrad's friend and as Montag's roommate. Between the 2nd and 5th seasons of The Hills she had been employed by Epic Records. The 28th of May 2009 was when she confirmed through an interview on On Air with Ryan Seacrest that she was leaving The Hills to star in her own reality show that would document her life away from The Hills. The last episode of the series was planned for December 1, 2009. Patridge later opted to be part of the sixth season and last of The Hills. Her new show, produced by Mark Burnett for MTV mid 2010, was delayed due to The Hills. Patridge appeared on more episodes than any other person in The Hills. Patridge began her Hollywood profession on the reality series The Hills. She then was offered a minor role on Into the Blue 2 The Reef. Direct-to-DVD release of the movie occurred on April 21, 2009 Patridge made several appearances in Mad TV as well as Do Not Disturb. She was cast in August 2008, as Megan for Sorority Row. Filming took place from October 2008 until early 2009, and the movie was released September 11, 2009. Patridge was a part of Carl's Jr.'s commercials from 2009 through 2012. In a statement, she denied the rumors that her character in L.A. Candy based the novel of Lauren Conrad would be based upon her ex- Hills co star Lauren Conrad.
